Today’s challenge is about sleep. From an Ayurvedic perspective sleep is as important to good health as the food you eat and the air you breathe. The truth is, most of us are incredibly busy and many of us get through life on little sleep. We don’t give our sleep the attention it deserves. Rest is an integral aspect of renewal. |

Prioritize Better Rest Challenge. Do this:
- Rise with the sun. Get sunlight/fresh air on your skin daily
- Exercise daily. Outside if possible.
- Eat an earlier, lighter dinner.
- Make time to wind down before bed.
- Get off your devices at least an hour before bed.
- Get to bed by 10 PM.
