A Time to Pause, Reflect, and Reimagine

Maybe you've felt it too.

A stirring.

A sense that something is shifting, unfolding, or asking for your attention.

Perhaps you're navigating a transition—a child leaving home, a career change, retirement, caregiving responsibilities, loss, or a season of uncertainty. Or perhaps life is going well, yet you find yourself longing for more space to reflect on what matters most and how you want to spend the years ahead.

You may feel energized by new possibilities. You may feel a little tired. You may be wondering what comes next. You may simply want time away from the busyness of everyday life to reconnect with yourself.

Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

Midlife and beyond can be a season of tremendous possibility.

A time of synthesis—bringing together all that you've learned and experienced.

A time of perspective—seeing your life with fresh eyes.

A time of refinement—clarifying what matters most and letting go of what no longer serves.

A time of deeper contribution—sharing your gifts, wisdom, and presence in ways that feel meaningful and authentic.

Full Bloom is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and into a supportive community of women who are exploring how to live this next chapter with greater intention, vitality, purpose, joy, and freedom.

Through movement, mindfulness, nature, reflection, creativity, and meaningful conversation, you'll create space to listen deeply, reconnect with yourself, and explore what wants to bloom in the years ahead.

The most powerful flowering of your life may still be ahead.

The Full Bloom Journey

IInspired by the wisdom traditions of yoga and the lived experience of women navigating midlife and beyond...

Returning to Self

Arrive. Exhale. Remember.

Our weekend begins by slowing down and creating space to reconnect with the deeper Self beneath the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and busyness of everyday life.

Through mindfulness, movement, reflection, and community, we'll begin the process of returning home to ourselves.

Self-Stewardship

Tending What Matters

What nourishes you? What depletes you? What supports your vitality?

Together we'll explore the rhythms, boundaries, habits, and practices that help us care for our energy and wellbeing in this season of life.

Self-Authorship

What Wants to Bloom?

Midlife invites us to become conscious authors of our lives.

Through guided reflection, conversation, and creative exploration, we'll consider questions of purpose, meaning, creativity, contribution, and what is emerging now.

Self-Unfoldment

Living into Full Bloom

Our final day focuses on integration and possibility.

What do you want to cultivate in the years ahead? What would greater joy, freedom, vitality, and alignment look like?

We'll leave with renewed clarity, inspiration, and practical next steps for moving forward.

Creative Expression & Community
