Annie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and she has a knack for making the wisdom and practice of yoga accessible and inspiring.

Annie's ALL LEVEL yoga classes are designed for beginners, experienced practitioners and everyone in between. Modifications are offered so that so that you can customize the class to fit your specific needs, level of comfort, and experience.

All live yoga classes are offered via ZOOM.
