Set in the serene, forested beauty of Sacred Waters Retreat Center, this 3-day, 2-night experience is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most through yoga, mindfulness, nature, and meaningful connection.

Annie is an educator, wellness coach, speaker, and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and groups toward greater wellbeing and resilience. She weaves together lifestyle medicine, yoga, mindfulness, and habit change science to support people in reclaiming balance, vitality, and meaning—at any stage or season of life.
