What's involved in a private yoga session?
Combining assessment, instruction and coaching, private yoga sessions are designed to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through the modality of yoga. In your first session, we discuss your health history and wellbeing goals. We then collaborate to create a yoga wellness program for you which may include postural exercises, breathing practices, and relaxation and meditation techniques. You receive instruction in these practices and resources to use at home.
In follow up sessions we assess your wellbeing and progress, make adjustments as necessary and continue to work collaboratively toward meeting your yoga health and wellbeing goals.
