Annie Barrett is holds a M.A in Education. She is a certified health coach, wellness educator, yoga teacher and professional speaker. Annie has worked in the field of education, yoga, and wellness since 1998. She educates and empowers groups and individuals to live more vibrant lives with the tools of holistic wellness, coaching, mindfulness, habit change science and yoga. As an educator, she is skilled in creating and delivering wellness curriculum and courses in both online and in person formats.
She has an excellent record of service in public education, community healthcare outreach and multicultural education including working with staff from Utah Community Action, D.D.I. Vantage Inc., the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, WA State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, WA State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, WA State Natural Resources Building, and the Evergreen State College.

The Habits for Resilience Course is a 6 week healthy habit course designed to for the workplace to help employees gain positive habits for:
This course explores the power of four pillars for health and resilience. Staff learn how to implement these habits into a daily routine and learn strategies for helping those they serve live healthier.
