All Levels Yoga Classes
All yoga classes are offered live via ZOOM.
These are considered ALL LEVEL classes. Come as you are! All Levels classes are suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize the class to fit your specific needs, level of comfort, and experience.

Winter 2021 Focus: Yoga and Ayurveda for Healthy Aging
Whatever your age, yoga and Ayurveda are meant to enhance your wellbeing and help you live easefully and age gracefully. On January 30, 2021, I turn 50! In recognition of this milestone birthday and ushering in a new year and decade, classes this winter will focus on healthy aging.
Yoga class themes will include:
• building and maintaining strong muscles and bones (including bone density)
• increasing and maintaining flexibility, agility and balance
• heart and brain health
•managing stress more effectively
•settling the nervous system
• nourishing vitality (ojas)
