A pitta (heat) reducing yoga practice

This is an audio yoga practice for the hot, dog days of summer.
In Ayurveda, the summer season is considered pitta. Pitta is characterized by heat, intensity and force. When these qualities are present in the weather or when you're feeling these qualities in your body and mind, Ayurveda invites the opposite qualities: cool, soft, and flowing.
